Life does not happen in a vacuum or within the pages of a book. Life is messy and unpredictable, yet beautiful. There are no control variables, pause buttons, or re-do’s. I have no idea what I am doing with my life and I am skeptical of anyone who says that they do. Plans are meant to be broken, norms are meant to be challenged, and goals are meant to be achieved.
My goal in life is to do it all. I want to watch sunrises sitting on a rock at 4:30 in the morning eating a granola bar. I want to crawl into bed too sore and chafed to sleep. I want to love and laugh and cry. I want to discover and exploit my full potential while inspiring others to do the same along the way.
Someday, many many years from now I will leave this earth, and I want to do so with a full heart and an empty bucket list.
