Black Canyon 100k

8 hours 23 minutes (16th Place)

Not a great day. I was in shape to run under 8 hours. Had a rough go for about 30 miles in the middle and just faded. Unfinished business at black canyon. I am capable of much better.

Avalon Benefit 50K

3 hours 36 minutes (1st overall)

New course record on an absolutely beautiful course. 10/10 would recommend this race. Great vibes and great area to run fast. Good rust buster to get ready for Black Canyon.

2025

Saint Louis Turkey Trot (3 miles)

15:27 (5th Place)

This barely counts as a race in my book but it was fun to spin the wheels. Was talking mad smack on my friend – luckily I ended up pulling away with 800m to go and smoked his ass.

Ironman Florida

10 hours 21 minutes (133rd overall)

This race was FUN. I love running but this new format was interesting. I went in with zero expectations and zero stress. I will do another one of these at some point.

Ultra Gobi 400K

64 hours 49 minutes (1st Place)

I will remember this one forever. Met some great people and had a blast runnin around in the desert. Oh, also winning is cool.

Cocodona 250

71 hours 12 minutes (8th Place)

Oh boy. Wanted to win. Did not win. Will return to win. So hard but so fun.

Jackpot 100 (USATF 100 mile championships)

13 hours 26 minutes (1st Place)

Flat, fast, ended up winning because the guy ahead of me had illegal shoes :)

Abu Dhabi ADNOC Marathon

2 hours 58 minutes (58th Place)

Didn’t race it – was traveling in the area and jumped in for shits and grins

Las Vegas Marathon

2 hours 30 minutes (3rd Place)

Leadville Trail 100

19 hours 28 minutes (13th Place)

15,000ft of elevation gain, epic course

340 mile kayak race on the Missouri River. I didn’t sleep.

Leadville Trail Marathon

4 hours 22 minutes (18th Place)

6,000 feet of gain. Raced in order to qualify for Leadville 100.

Queeny Backyard Ultra

32 “Yards” 134 miles (4th Place)

25,000 feet of gain, epic (but mentally unstimulating) experience

Black Canyon 100k

9 hours 9 minutes (33rd Place)

First crack at a golden ticket. Came up well short. I will return.

Manchester City Marathon

2hours 50minutes (5st Place)

It was on my Birthday. Didn’t race it but thought it would be fun to run on my Birthday. It was fun.

Midstate Massive 100M

19 hours 47 minutes (1st Place)

First 100. 15,000 feet of gain, rained the whole time, was very epic

MR340

30 hours (~200 miles)

340 mile kayak race. Got cancelled midway because of large storms and flood conditions. Forced me to come back the following year and take care of unfinished business.

Sawmill Ultra (19ish miles)

2hours 57minutes (1st Place)

Was visiting friends in Vegas, jumped in for fun. Indeed had a lot of fun.

Big Turtle 50K

3 hours 59minutes (1st Place)

First ultra and trail race. 3,500ft of gain. Small race but cool course.

2022

Berlin Marathon

2 hours 55minutes (1498th Place)

Was injured going into the race but already had the trip booked so decided to send it anyway. Didn’t go great but still a great time.

Colorado Trail

500 miles, 100,000ft of gain, 19 days

Not a race but still something that really shaped my life going forward. This backpacking trip made me fall in love with the trails and exploring.

The Boston Marathon

2 hours 38 minutes (366th Place)

Lifelong dream accomplished. Didn’t have the day I wanted but the vibes and energy was incredible. Core memory.

2021

Nashville Rock N’ Roll Marathon

2 hours 35 minutes (3rd Place)

800ish feet of gain. Felt really fit and fast.

The Hogeye Marathon

2 hours 40 minutes (1st Place)

The race that started it all. My love for distance was born. The seeds of my future were planted here, on the streets of this small Arkansas town.
